儘管現今醫學昌明, 但眾多都市病、退化慢性病等問題, 仍未能找到發生原因、機制; 而不幸病患者往往要尋尋覓覓浪費時間及金錢到處追求復康的準確方案。有見及此, 科學+家特意推出部份短期能知是否適合復康的組合予有需要人仕申請, 此申請的客人必須提供近期 (1個月內) 檢查報告證明無誤診、錯診或漏診; 客人只需支付快遞費用及進口國當地關稅(如有)即可; 試2至6星期如果見正面幫助, 則可先支付已試用的費用, 然後按療程再購買。(申請人必須咨詢其主診醫生的意見是否適合食/使用。)

如試用後沒有任何正面感受, 則請聯絡閣下的家庭醫生進行進一步檢查及診斷, 直至找出最可能的成因再尋求新研究進行復康。

我們將會因應新研發成果, 適合於短期試用而又有把握能感受到初期效果的成品, 設於本目錄內供有需要客人申請。

Despite the advancement of medical science, the causes and mechanisms of many urban diseases and degenerative chronic diseases have yet to be found. Often, the unfortunate patients would've to waste valuable time and money looking for proper rehabilitation.

Terms and conditions:

a) Applicants must first consult your medical doctor's opinion on the suitability of relevant product/s for consumption or use.

b) Applicants must provide recent medical report dated within 1 month to prove that there is no misdiagnosis, wrong diagnosis or missed diagnosis.

c) Candidates would need to pay for courier fee and custom duty of the importing country (if any).

If positive results can be observed within 2 to 6 weeks, candidates can pay for the trial package taken and may purchase the recommended rehabilitation course.

However, if no positive result is observed after the trial, suggest candidates to consult medical doctor for further examination and diagnosis until the most possible cause is found, and seek out proper rehabilitation.
