Lipoly Study

Obesity is usually caused by eating too much and moving too little.

If you consume a lot of calories, especially fat and sugar, but don't consume them through exercise and physical activity, the excess energy will be stored by the body in the form of fat.

calorie

The energy value of food is measured by tissue called calories. Men who exercise need an average of about 2500 calories a day to maintain a healthy weight, while women who exercise need an average of about 2000 calories a day.
