研究方向:

胰腺癌、肝癌、複雜肝膽管結石、膽管癌、門脈高壓症和消化道腫瘤的手術治療;熟練應用微創科技進行膽道探查和肝切除等手術。

主要貢獻:

臨床工作27年,在肝膽胰脾疑難疾病的診斷和手術治療方面積累了豐富的經驗。近年來對胰腺癌、慢性胰腺炎個體化治療有較深入的研究。在國內外首先證實丙型肝炎病毒感染與肝門部膽管癌發生有關,並對其致癌機理進行了系列研究。該研究成果被現代膽道外科創始人黃志強院士稱為膽道外科近年來最有價值的發現之一。該項成果部分內容已被研究生教材、5年制本科教材外科學採用。

在國內較早根據術前影像學資料,採用“分兩步評估方法”術前評估胰腺癌和肝門部膽管癌可切除性、根治切除率及預後情况,指導具體的治癒性手術管道的選擇。得到國內外同行的認可。

獲得國家自然基金3項,國家高科技計畫(863)2項,省部級課題11項;主編外科專著5部;獲省部級科技成果獎3項;發表第一作者論著108篇,其中SCI收錄8篇。

Research direction:

Surgical treatment of pancreatic cancer, liver cancer, complex hepatolithiasis, cholangiocarcinoma, portal hypertension and digestive tract tumor; skilled application of minimally invasive technology for bile duct exploration and hepatectomy.

Main contributions:

During 27 years of clinical work, he has accumulated rich experience in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of liver, gallbladder, pancreas and spleen diseases. In recent years, the individualized treatment of pancreatic cancer and chronic pancreatitis has been studied deeply. Hepatitis C virus infection was first confirmed to be associated with hilar cholangiocarcinoma at home and abroad, and its carcinogenic mechanism was studied. This research achievement is called one of the most valuable discoveries of biliary surgery in recent years by academician Huang Zhiqiang, founder of modern biliary surgery. Part of this achievement has been adopted by postgraduates and 5-year undergraduate textbooks of surgery.

According to the preoperative imaging data, the "two-step evaluation method" was used to evaluate the resectability, radical resection rate and prognosis of pancreatic cancer and hilar cholangiocarcinoma. It has been recognized by peers at home and abroad.

He has won 3 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 2 national high tech projects (863) and 11 provincial and ministerial level projects, edited 5 surgical monographs, won 3 provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological achievements awards, and published 108 first author's works, 8 of which are included in SCI.
