<試用階段不如意退款>政策
甲部:
客人參與試用期不如意退款計劃時,必須滿足以下條件方可參與:
參與前:
- 為免誤診、漏診、錯診引起的問題,客人需提供以下資料副本予我科學+家 Scientist Home,我們有醫生或專家負責深入了解該等資料的可信信及準確性,然後決定是否接受客人參與是項計劃。
- 合所在地法律資格的醫院、診所、化驗所、醫生發出的最近三個月之體檢報告。
- 合所在地法律資格的醫療機構發出的最近三個月之X光片、超聲片、CT片、MRI片等等。
- 由醫生發出的其他已知的身體健康問題信函或報告。
- 正在食用的藥物或任何補充劑圖片或資料。
參與後:
- 客人確認在試用過程完結的三個工作天內,自費到參與前的相同機構進行相同檢查,將報告上傳給我們的無邊界醫生或專家作評估,並決定該復康組合是否適合客人的多學科循證復康方案,亦同時決定是否改善率未能滿足10%的基本要求,並通知科學+家 Scientist Home 的相關部門安排退款事宜。
- 客人確認遵守由科學+家 Scientist Home 的團隊提出的復康方案建議,並嚴格執行;包括但不限於按指示使用/食用相關組合,亦包括生活配合(如飲食戒口、活動/運動量等等)。
- 如試用期不如意(>10%改善率),則除了客人可選擇退款外,科學+家 Scientist Home 的醫生或專家也有權因客人狀況或配合情況不理想而選擇退款予客人,在此情況下客人將不再有機會參與任何復康項目的<不如意退款計劃>。
乙部:
- 客人購買產品,若(i) 退回的產品是未經開封並可重新銷售的,及(ii) 於訂購日起六(6)個月內退回,我司會將購買價的90%款項退回給客人。客人負責退回產品的費用。如果可行的話,退款的方式將根據實際付款方式規定,如使用信用卡付款,將會安排信用卡回帳為退款方式。如以現金付款,則會安排核發產品的信用額。科學+家 Scientist Home 可選擇其認為合適的其他替代退款的方式代替退款。
- 特定產品的任何其他退款或保證將根據公佈的產品銷售條款。此退款部份並不適用於任何客人購買的季節性、停售產品、或類似的特別推廣產品。
- 除非現行適用的法律另有規定,如客人直接從科學+家 Scientist Home 購買產品後 30 天內通知科學+家 Scientist Home,科學+家 Scientist Home 將會更換因科學+家 Scientist Home 的錯誤交貨或是有瑕疵的產品。如無法更換相同產品,科學+家 Scientist Home 將:
(i) 按該更換產品的價格核發出科學+家 Scientist Home 信用額給該產品訂購的客人,該信用額度可以用來購買科學+家其他產品,或
(ii)退還全部購貨款項。為了獲得退款或換貨,客人必須親自(或出示直接從科學+家 Scientist Home 購買產品的客人的有效授權書)到科學+家 Scientist Home 並出示銷售收據之正本,連同產品來進行退款或換貨。科學+家 Scientist Home 不會退還客人因退回產品而產生之運費。 - 未領取/未能送達的產品:作為客人, 若客人直接從科學+家 Scientist Home 購買產品,客人明白購買產品仍未被客人領取及/或被送遞給客人時,將令科學+家 Scientist Home 產生行政上的時間及費用損失。因此,客人同意以下條款:
a) 當產品應由客人提取而客人於購買日起之三十(30)天內,仍未能或因任何疏忽原因而未到科學+家 Scientist Home 提取產品;或
b)若客人要求科學+家 Scientist Home 而科學+家 Scientist Home 同意送遞任何產品給客人,但由於客人所提供的送遞地址不正確或地址不全,或客人所提供的收貨人不在該地址,致使科學+家 Scientist Home 未能送遞產品給客人,而客人於購買日起三十(30)天內,仍未能或因任何疏忽原因而未到科學+家 Scientist Home 提取所購買之產品。則在上述的三十(30)天期滿後, 科學+家 Scientist Home 會取消客人訂購該產品的訂單,並會扣除售價的百分之十(10%)作為行政費後,把售價的百分之九十(90%)款項退回給客人,而事前無需再向客人提示、通知或交代。 - 有關產品退貨退款政策詳情,請參閱客人協議書。如在此之條款與客人協議書之條款相抵觸,則以客人協議書之條款為準。
- 如本產品退貨退款政策的中英文版本有任何差異,則以英文版本為準。
零售客戶產品退貨退款政策
作為零售客戶,除非現行適用的法律另有規定,只要是直接從科學+家 Scientist Home 購買的產品,若是未經開封並可重新銷售的,科學+家 Scientist Home 將退回售價的100%給零售客戶。零售客戶必須於訂購日起30天內退回給科學+家 Scientist Home。

Part a:

Before participation:

We have doctors or experts who are responsible for in-depth understanding of the credibility and accuracy of the information, and then decide whether to accept the participation of customers.
- The physical examination report issued by the hospital, clinic, laboratory and doctor with legal qualification in the place where they are located in the last three months.
- X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, etc. in the last three months issued by a medical institution with local legal qualifications.
two Letters or reports of other known health problems issued by doctors.
three Pictures or information of the drugs or any supplements being taken.
After participation:
one The guest confirms that within three working days after the end of the trial process, he / she will go to the same institution for the same examination at his / her own expense, upload the report to our boundless doctors or experts for evaluation, and decide whether the rehabilitation combination is suitable for the guest’s multi-disciplinary evidence-based rehabilitation plan. At the same time, he / she will decide whether the improvement rate fails to meet the basic requirement of 10%, And inform the relevant departments of Science + home to arrange refund.
two The guests confirm to abide by the rehabilitation proposal put forward by the scientific + home team and strictly implement it; It includes but is not limited to the use / consumption of relevant combinations as directed, as well as life coordination (such as diet, mouth restriction, activity / exercise, etc.)
three If the probation period is unsatisfactory (> 10% improvement rate), in addition to refund, doctors or experts of Science + home also have the right to choose refund to the guest because the guest’s condition or cooperation is not ideal. In this case, the guest will no longer have the opportunity to participate in the “unsatisfactory refund plan” of any rehabilitation project.
Part B:
- if (I) the returned products are unsealed and can be re sold by the guest, and (II) returned within six (6) months from the date of order, 90% of the purchase price will be returned to the customer. The customer is responsible for the return of the product. If possible, the refund will be based on the actual payment method. If payment is made by credit card, the credit card will be arranged to return the account as the refund method. If you pay in cash, you will arrange the credit for the products to be issued. Science + family can choose other alternative refund methods that it thinks appropriate instead of refund.
- any other refund or warranty for a particular product will be subject to the terms of sale of the product as published. This refund part does not apply to seasonal, stop sale or similar special promotional products purchased by any guest.
- unless otherwise stipulated in the applicable laws, if the customer directly informs Science + family within 30 days after the customer directly purchases the products from the Science + family, the Science + family will replace the products that are delivered or defective due to the wrong delivery of the products by the Science + family. If the same product cannot be replaced, Science + family will (I) issue the credit amount of Science + home to the customer ordering the product at the price of the replacement product, which can be used to purchase Science + other products, or (II) refund all purchase money. In order to obtain a refund or exchange, the guest must personally (or produce a valid authorization from the customer who purchases the product directly from Science + family) to Science + home and produce the original sales receipt, and return or exchange the product together. Science + family will not refund the freight incurred by the customer for returning the product.
- products not received / not delivered: as guests, if the guest purchases products directly from Science + home, the customer understands that the purchased products are not received by the guests and / or delivered to the guests, the administrative time and expense loss will be incurred to the Science + family. Therefore, the guest agrees to the following:
- a) When the product is to be withdrawn by the guest and the customer fails or fails to reach the scientific + home for any negligence within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase; or
- b) If the guest requests Science + home and Science + family agree to deliver any product to the guest, but the customer fails to deliver the product to the guest due to the incorrect address or incomplete address provided by the guest or the consignee provided by the guest, which causes the scientific + family to fail to deliver the product to the guest, and the customer shall within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, Still failed or failed to withdraw the purchased products from Science + home for any negligence,
After the above thirty (30) days, the Science + family will cancel the customer’s order for the product, deduct 10% of the sales price as administrative fee, and return 90% of the price to the customer without further prompt, notice or presentation.
- for details of the refund policy for product return, please refer to the guest agreement. If the terms herein conflict with the terms of the guest agreement, the terms of the guest agreement shall prevail.
- if there is any difference between the Chinese and English versions of the refund policy for the return of the product, the English version shall prevail.
Refund policy for retail customer products return
As retail customers, unless otherwise stipulated by the applicable laws, as long as the products purchased directly from Science + family are unsealed and can be re sold, Science + family will return 100% of the sales price to retail customers. Retail customers must return to Science + home within 30 days from the date of order.
